I thought I had a long warranty on my Madison plush mattress set I bought in March 2013. When I just spoke to a so called customer person he said, "We don't guarantee comfort and that after 30 day there is nothing we can do". I purchased the Electric Fireplace/ TV Mantel in 2011. The Electric fireplace is only used seasonal and did not get constant use in the winter. It is made in China and Furniture Row does not back up their product and cannot repair nor give any suggestions on where to have it repaired. I am upset with the quality of furniture deliver to me three times from Furniture Row. On March 3, 2013 I purchased a bedroom, set in the amount of 1553.82 (Pacific Heights) and a Great White warranty package. We ordered a complete bedroom set and study at the tune of about $5K on June 18. Our salesperson informed us that the bed and nightstands were backordered but promised we would have our stuff by mid July at the latest, so we gave the thumbs up. I bought a bed room set from furniture row. After delivery I inspected the dresser and found a portion of the veneer had been improperly placed or to say missing. It look like the veneer did not fit the area and was split, and then covered with some kind of substance to fill in the gap. It is not visibly noticeable, but it is distracting. I ordered a white leather sofa mid June, the associate told me they would have it in 2 to 3 weeks. So I waited 3 weeks and got nothing.
