My wife and I purchased a new sofa, loveseat, and set of tables back in February from Sofa Mart in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After already waiting longer than the maximum stated time for delivery (8 weeks) we received delivery of our loveseat but were told our table set and sofa arrived but were damaged by the dock staff. Purchased water bed took 4 weeks to deliver. They assembled it in correctly. Can not use until it resolved. Wouldn't you think they would have competent individuals that could get it done right the first time. The is so totally unacceptable. So very disappointed beyond belief. Add comment

Do NOT do business with furniture row! They do NOT examine their furniture before they deliver it. They had made three deliveries to us and each delivery had scratched furniture. Multiple emails and phone calls to the store manager were IGNORED. The last delivery truck ruined part of our lawn. We have been trying to get Furniture Row to pay for the damages, but they REFUSE to answer our emails... Read more

Furniture Row - Very poor warranty service and customer service

Be wary of purchasing anything here. I purchased the Venice Sofa, Love Seat and Ottoman and spent about $2000 for it. I love the set but am having warranty issues with it. I have a cushion that was not sewn properly and has a hole on each side of the cording that goes all the way around it and also have several areas where the fabric was not sewn tight and it is wrinkled on the arm and sides.... We had been in the store previously looking at dining tables and when we returned a month later salesman remembered us which made us feel they cared. That all stopped once our money was taken. I thought I had a long warranty on my Madison plush mattress set I bought in March 2013. When I just spoke to a so called customer person he said, "We don't guarantee comfort and that after 30 day there is nothing we can do". I purchased the Electric Fireplace/ TV Mantel in 2011. The Electric fireplace is only used seasonal and did not get constant use in the winter.
