Furniture Row - Customer service
Why do you promise your delivery crew awards,incentives and cancel it halfway through the year? You want customer service yet you plan a competition and cancel halfway through.You claim to be a family company but fail your delivery guys...are they not the last people customers see from your company?
You are removing the incentive for customer service and supposedly company policy is you do not carry to 3rd 4th or 5th floors maybe make sure your managers know that!!!
