I've had my furniture for 4 days and already have issues with it. It was delivered with scrapes in the leather on the back.

And the reclining mechanism is already having issues...I called and got NO CALL BACK! This is utterly ridiculous. There's no excuse for $2800 worth of furniture to be broken or have any flaws after 4 YEARS, let alone 4 days!

To say, I'm irate is an understatement. Come back and get your furniture and I'll go somewhere else where the furniture is in good shape, actually works, and where the customer service isn't absolute ***!
