So I bought furniture from here 3 weeks ago. To find out my furniture is back ordered until end of October. Would not return my money or sell me the display. I'm just to suppose to wait 2-3 months when was promised 7-10 business days. Will only give store credit which they don't have anything else that I like. Read more

Hello, We have bought thousands of dollars at your store on several occasions. We came out to your store a few weeks ago and bought a king size bed and mattress from your manager Stetson. We had it delivered and paid 89.00 for that. In January I ordered a sectional and pay over $3000 two month And half later I got my order one of the sofas was broken I took it back to the store so they make me wait another 2 1/2 months when I had to call back and forgot to place the order , the next 2 week I got a used one,dusty, with hair and should be powered the motor wasn't working so I call the customer service they came home look at it and I've been waiting for another two and half... tried to submit a credit app on line but every time i submitted it i got error messages. tried to call the 800 number and couldn't get any help with the problem. basically i was in a loop of hopelessness with these people. come to find out there is no way to apply for this card unless you go to the store and do it in person. i am so glad i found this site , i have a feeling it saved me a lot of worry and heartache. i guess there is a reason... Furniture row is full of incompetent workers. I will never even think about shopping through this place again. The costumer service is nothing short of terrible. They screwed up my order multiple times and I got it over a month late. They also would not be flexible with delivery times. This place is full of morons that don't know what they are doing. They delivered furniture without screws or screw drivers to put the legs on so said they would come back in a few days to fix it. They never did come back. Ive called & left messages & they will not come back to put my furniture together. Do not buy from them. Horrible customer service!!!!! Read more

I've had my furniture for 4 days and already have issues with it. It was delivered with scrapes in the leather on the back. And the reclining mechanism is already having issues...I called and got NO CALL BACK! This is utterly ridiculous. There's no excuse for $2800 worth of furniture to be broken or have any flaws after 4 YEARS, let alone 4 days! To say, I'm irate is an understatement. I purchased a bed and mattress from the company. The bed came damaged... I bought March 1st (today is March 28) and that morning someone ran a red light and hit my car, I was unable to attend to the bed situation at that time, the guys setting up the bed told me that I could return as well. I was told at purchase I had 4 months to change my mind and when I called today I was told "oh well, we don't do returns once you buy it there is no return"... Read more

Been waiting OVER A month for a couch they claimed would be here in 2 weeks. Went into the store today to get my money back because im sick of waiting for my couch. they told me it would be on the truck tomorrow. We have purchased over 10,000 in furniture and have always had good luck with customer service and their products. NOT THIS TIME! We purchased a sectional in 2014 and paid over $2000 for it, included their warranty because we have 2 younger children.
