I RECENTLY PURCHASED A SECTIONAL FROM FURN. ROW. IT TOOK FOREVER FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED. IT WAS DURING THE LABOR DAY ADD AND I CALLED TO SEE IF I QUALIFIED FOR A FREE GIFT LIKE THEY WERE GIVING AWAY WITH OTHER FURN. SETS THAT WERE LESS EXPENSIVE THEN MINE. After several weeks of waiting for my furniture, Furniture Row could not work with us for a delivery time. Their excuse was because they use Mapquest to automatically organize their deliveries in a big circle according to address. When you go in the store they really spend some time selling this particular couch; saying it really holds up for family, takes lots of wear and tear, etc. Slightly after having it for a year (right after the warranty goes off - should have known from the small window of warranty) all of the seating areas have permanent "rear-end" indentations. We financed a dining room set that due to delivery cost, told the salesman, Mike, we would pick up. You would think discussing the rental of a UHaul or similar to do so would have prompted him to tell us that if you pick up, it's in a box!!!! We're not so young anymore but managed to assemble it. I purchased a sectional on May 4th and was told that the lead time was 10 - 12 weeks. I was then promised delivery on 8 - 1 in which the delivery never happened and I called again on 8 - 8 only to hear that I could be looking at another 2 -3 weeks be fore delivery... REALLY! So I bought furniture from here 3 weeks ago. To find out my furniture is back ordered until end of October. Would not return my money or sell me the display. I'm just to suppose to wait 2-3 months when was promised 7-10 business days. Will only give store credit which they don't have anything else that I like. Read more
