Just having a bad experience about our rewards dollars waiting to buy coffee table and end tables so I can used that toward that been over a month since we bought the $3000 matteress and still have not heard anything it was told to us it only takes a couple of weeks to three so was the reward dollars just a gimmet

Have purchased furniture from Furniture Row in

Waterloo IA several times in the past. I received a letter from one of the salesman reminding me that I had $50.00 in rewards to use up by 11/20/2016.

I made a special trip into Waterloo (40 miles one way) to use my rewards. I showed letter to salesman upon arriving and preceded to look for items I might want. After about a hour or so I was ready to check out. Another salesman then told me I had no rewards to use.

I was so embarrassed and upset I just left. I am now looking to purchase new mattresses but it won't be from Furniture Row.

You can always verify your rewards account at http://www.furniturerowrewards.com/. In order to redeem your rewards points all you need to do is at time of purchase, provide the phone number you used on your previous invoice and your sales associate will be able to see the Rewards in our system. There is nothing additional that you need to print out or do! If you are still having issues, please contact your local store that you signed up with and they can assist you with any questions you may have.
