I purchased some furniture from Furniture Row with warranty repair. Over 6 months ago I called the furniture store located in Davenport, IA to get some assistance on warranty work.

At first they said that they donโ€™t have a maintenance guy and would call me as soon as they hire a technician. Well 30 days later, I followed up with another phone call and I was told that the manager would call me the next day to discuss my issue. No one called! 45 days later I called again, same excuse given.

I stop at the store again and again and I am told the same BS.

This is so unacceptable and unprofessional for a company of this size to be giving customers like me a run around. I donโ€™t blame the sales people, they are simply doing their job, itโ€™s the management who sucks at theirs!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Open to suggestion as long as it gets fixed.
