I purchased a $2000 recliner from Furniture Row. After waiting months and months for it be be ready, it is finally time to have it delivered.

They will only drop it off on my front porch. Seriously. They want to leave a $2000 recliner on the front porch. This is not an online order.

If I want them to walk it 2 steps farther into the door, they want to charge me $130. Yes. $130. Was I told this before hand?

Of course not. Biggest Scam Ever!

I have never had a worse experience with a company. They said it would be delivered a certain month and it ended up being 3 months after that month.

I also got a furniture row credit card. (Sales person was super nice until after I signed, then very rude) I make my payments on time and then out of the blue I had my credit limit dropped from $1,600 to $1,000 (I never missed a payment) that messed up my credit it dropped about 60 points. Then they charged interest after I got my account down to $900 they charged the interest all at one time and now my account is back up to almost $1,300 which is where I was when I started. And Im now negative on my card bc of the random credit limit drop.

I got the couch 1 year ago. I technically havent made any payments on my couch Im over a year. All my other cards raise my limit. I have a great payment history, and credit card usage.

They lied to me when i bought furniture. The costumer service people hang up on me when I call. And they are so mean and cant understand me. This company seems like a scam to me and Ive never written a bad review before on anything.

The sales person really pulled one over on me I stress out about this all the time. It sucks working hard for something and doing whats right / on time payments, only to get screwed over again and again. I wish it would stop I just want out of this roller coaster.

I was going to buy more furniture from them on my card but I want it canceled ASAP right when Im done paying it. I just cant do it anymore

DELIVERY PROBLEM

I am moving from CT to New Smyrna Beach, Florida and purchased a bedroom set June 24, 2021 from the store in Daytona Beach. I called August 7 to schedule delivery and I spoke with Troy on 8/7 who scheduled the delivery for 8/28 or 8/30 and advised that I would receive a call 15-20 minutes prior to the delivery.

So I went ahead and planned our move this weekend because of the delivery. I received a call yesterday from Ray who told me that I was NOT getting a delivery until mid November. This is NOT acceptable! I spent over $5,000 coming down from CT to accept this delivery.

$3,000 in lodging and $2,000 in travel and meals and taking time off from work... and NO delivery - Ray offered a full refund and I could find another set, I told him I did not want to go through this whole process again and wait. So now I'm down here in Florida with no delivery and will need to make this trip again in mid November, I don't even know if I will be able to take time off from work or will be able to incur these expenses again so close to the holidays!

I tried discussing with Ray again and he could not help me. Given this very unfortunate experience, I am appealing to Furniture Row to do something to offset my expenses somehow or get my delivery by 9/03.

Resolved! Thanks to Zane Dotson!!

He empathized, apologized, found my furniture, delivered it the following week and issued a refund for delivery. Zane is great. Upfront and honest. My furniture was delivered without further issues.

Zane should get the commission for this deal as my original salesperson dropped the ball big time and Zane is the one who completed the deal. Thank you Zane !!!.

1) Was told I could finance for zero interest for 36 months, normally I don't do this, but the Manager Irene told me I can pay it off anytime without having a penalty for paying off early. I got the paperwork and if I don't keep the loan for 36 months they will charge 29.99% on the entire purchase!!
2) Just like others on this site, I'm still waiting for my furniture.

I bought in April, was told delivery date was... 1st time: End of May 2021, 2nd time: Mid June, 3rd time: End of June. Today is July 1st and nope, nothing. I've had to reach out to Irene (who is no longer returning my calls) and the store for updates.

And like others, I've already paid 2 months. Tired of waiting for my furniture. I wish I'd seen this sight before ordering.
... I don't want to hear about covid again, I see it over and over as the excuse on this website.

I should have been told up front, we have no idea when this will come.
*** Being up front and honest is how you get and keep customers.

Date came and went. I had to call to see what was up.

I was misled on the delivery date while at the store. I called corporate number was told it would be here mid to late August .

I was instructed to call my local store in August to confirm and was told that it was not gonna be here until October now instead of mid to late August possibly the beginning of September I asked for the manager to call me which is who helped me when I placed my order and he never called me back. I. I called the store agian and he had left for lunch no call back. Called corporate again and was told it will take 2-3 days to hear back from customer service.

Not acceptable. This is horrible customer service and i will be doing reviews across all platforms since no one wants to help at this organization.

Still waiting for a Tate sleeper couch since March 23, 2021

I bought a Tate sleeper couch March 23, 2021. Told couch would be delivered in mid May. It is August 27 and I still do not have the couch, but they have had my money since March 23,2021.

Don’t take product back and return my money

Dining table set is to big for our dining room. Furniture row dont take returns and refund money back. Me and my 10 children and about 80 people extended families will never shop to furniture row stores.

Yes They did the same thing to me, delivered part of my order, but haven't received it all, and ordered it in February, Finally decided to cancel order , but they will only refund on stuff I haven't received.

What happened to the customer is always right I was buying some pillows and one of the tag said $19 I picked up for pillows and got up there and they told me they were 29 and I said no somebody while zoning did not fix their tags it says $19 well she charged me $29 a pillow and that' was with attitude. Stay away from Furniture Row

Store doesn't take returns

I ordered a dining table and 8 chairs. I took it home but table is not fitting in our dining room.

Store does not want to take it back and return the money.

We did not open any of the boxes. They are intact.

They called and wanted to deliver a chair that came in March, even though matching couch, end table and coffee table were not delivered. Then other items did not come until June, 3 months after promised delivery.

Then they did not deliver them from their warehouse in a timely manner and fouled up the delivery date and time with their 3rd party vendor. Also, did not return calls and tole m they had not control over the guy delivering from their warehouse, even though they contracted with him.

delayed delivery 3 times; Have waited for delivery 6 months. Will not take chair already delivered from match set because delivered over 30 days ago at their choice.

They do not call back.

They say they have no control over when their 3rd party delivery delivers their product. I will never use them again.

We ordered and paid in full for a leather couch and loveseat and end tables in February of this year, received couch and loveseat 2 weeks later than promised, no big deal except that the loveseat is all jacked up. Nothing on it lines up, it looks pretty bad and the couch has a place sticking out the back that we are told that some cardboard under the leather wasn't stapled good.

The end tables arrived the second week of June busted, like they had fell from the second story. I would have thought that management would have wanted to make sure that the second delivery was right.

Still don't know if new loveseat and a new back for the couch was ordered as promised because now, 3 weeks later the manager wants to look at them to see if they can repair them.

They want us to look at another set of end tables that they got in to see if we will accept them, but can't tell me if anything is wrong with them. This is not convenient for us as we live 1 hour from their store. I wonder why they can't just deliver undamaged merchandise to the customer.

I will continue this review as soon as I get more information on the process of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. that some would delivering

I just want someone to tell me when to expect my furniture. Not to have it re-scheduled every month.

I dont need managers deflecting and saying its not their fault. Furniture Row -faces the customer. I went to the store - they said its the suppliers fault; suppliers not giving them anything; that its a shortage of wood and cotton. I got the regional sales manager saying its not his employees fault they dont know how long its gonna take, and they havent had any idea that there has been any delays until recently.

But, when I was in the showroom last month there were 2 customers complaining that they have waited 5 months. So, they did know. The regional manager also telling me its that they dont have any truck drivers to get the product here. All I know is, there is no communication between district and showroom, or between furniture Row and suppliers.

Furniture Row was in a hurry to take my money and give me an unreal expectation of when my products would be delivered.

then keep pushing it back. Furniture Row is over Promising and under-delivering.

Very disappointing.

Placed a order for furniture on February 15th. All of the furniture was supposly instock at warehouse and would be delivered to the local store within 3-4 weeks.

It has been 6 weeks now and no updates on when the furniture will arrive. I wish I could just get my money back.

After waiting 6 months for my 2000$ couch my wife and I discovered within 2 weeks the fabric was wearing funny and looked to be defective emailed the store pictures and was told by the manger that due to the fact a hair was on the couch from what appeared to be a dog, a dog must of been the cause of the damage I explained to the manager that yes there was a dog at the home but the dog was not allowed to sit on the Couch after I was told by the manager that i was "trying to get one over on him" and that due to the fact the hair must meant the dog must of damaged the couch so in resolution i have a couch that looks like *** because furniture Row sells a *** product that according to the manager could be damaged even by wearing jeans while sitting on your couch
