I bought the starship furniture around 2 1/2 years and bought the extended warranty from the company. I have had issues with the love seat not sitting right and they came out and fixed it but still did not work. So I also called again and told them that the material is getting *** in it and sent in a request to get it fixed again.n I emailed pictures and the issues to the warranty company and they email me back and said:

Thank you for sending the information for your claim. We reviewed your claim based on your description of the damage and photos sent we see that the problems are material coming off and the right seat is not straight on your love seat. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with this issue as the protection plan is reserved for limited accidental damages and does not include surface issues such as surface scratches/scrapes/peeling or any frame issues. Please take a look at the brochure of this program for the detail. If you have any further question about our program, please feel free to contact us.

But they will not fix the issues with the furniture. So, in other words, do not buy furniture from them or an extended warranty as they are just ripping their cusotmers off.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Furniture Row Cons: Not honoring advertised promo, Lack of customer service.
