Furniture row in florence. 6 weeks and no recliners we ordered and paid for on credit card.

Called and cancelled order. Poor and no contact if not made by us. Very unprofessional management. Our last time ever at this store and actually this company after checking on the net and seeing all the complaints about the same thing.

This guy says he can't get any action from the furniture row ups who should be handleing this . I can guess why all the problems stuff is coming from China or Tiawan and organization of shipping and filling orders is nothing but chaos.
